Custom SignsEnjoy the convenience of designing your custom or semi-custom signs online.

In the case of custom signs, select the shape, size, grade of reflective sheeting (Prismatic Engineer, Prismatic High Intensity or Diamond Grade) text and background colors as well as supplying the message best designed to meet your special needs.

Semi-custom signs provide you with the opportunity to make most of the same selections. You select the basic sign design and then add your message to complete the sign.

All of our custom signs are made using a quality, non-rusting .080 aluminum. Additionally, all signs have rounded corners and are punched for easy mounting.




Reflective Sheeting:

Sheeting refers to the reflective material applied to a sign. Your choice of sheeting will be determined by application and local and state requirements pertaining to on street use.

  • Prismatic Engineer Grade Sheeting: is an economical reflective sheeting rated for 7 years without fading. This reflective sheeting does not meet Minimum Reflectivity Requirements of the Federal Highway Administration. Signs with this sheeting are used in many off-street applications.
  • High Intensity Prismatic Sheeting: is a very popular reflective sheeting with a 10 year warranty against fading. It offers better visibility and is approximately 5 times brighter than Engineer grade sheeting. High Intensity Prismatic sheeting meets the Minimum Reflectivity Requirements of the Federal Highway Administration. Signs with this sheeting are most commonly used on public roads.
  • Diamond Grade (DG3): this sheeting has a 12 year warranty against fading. It is 50% brighter than High Intensity Prismatic sheeting and 1400% brighter than Prismatic Engineer grade sheeting. Diamond Grade sheeting meets the Minimum Reflectivity Requirements of the Federal Highway Administration. Signs with this sheeting are most commonly used on public roads.
